CSE's software engineers and programmers specialise in providing IT solutions for industrial and manufacturing applications. Most of our IT staff are multi-skilled in HMI / SCADA or PLC systems, which gives them a better understanding of how to implement a practical IT solution for our customers.

Monitoring and Control Systems

CSE offers a full range of services to design and develop monitoring and control systems for industrial applications. We supply hardware and software integrated to form a complete control system. This may include:

· Computers, PLCs, networks and other computer hardware

· Electrical switchboards, uninterruptible power supplies, industrial instruments and other electrical hardware

· Process monitoring and control, HMI, Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), batch control and other industrial software

· Database management systems, office applications and other management software

Areas of expertise include:

· Design and installation of control and management systems using computers, programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and PC based human-machine interfaces (HMI). Computer software is typically based on HMI package software, database management systems and spreadsheets. Some projects require custom developed application software written in C/C++ or Visual Basic to satisfy specialised applications.

· Design and implementation of local and wide area networks for factory and other industrial applications.

· Development of communication software drivers for a wide variety of process control applications, for both hardware system vendors and end users.

PLC Services

We can provide a full range of services for the design and development of PLC control systems, including:

· Specification and design of electrical cubicles and termination panels for PLC and related electrical equipment

· Specification and detailed design of PLC software

· Development and testing of PLC software

· Commissioning and testing of the completed system

· Provision of training in operation and maintenance of the system

Support and Maintenance Services

CSE prides itself on its customer service and relationship. All our project services, software and products are fully warranted for at least 12 months. However, we don't just stop providing excellent customer care after the warranty period expires.

We offer a full range of maintenance services, including:

· Remote support and fault diagnosis via Internet or dial-up modem

· Regular system inspections

· System upgrades and enhancements

· On-site assistance
